Respectful club culture

The Respectful club culture webinar will assist you in identifying both appropriate and inappropriate workplace behaviours and the impact they have on your club culture.

Could your club culture be improved? Working, training or competing alongside someone doesn't guarantee that we will like them, but we do have to respect them.

We all have the right to be in safe, productive and respectful club cultures where we feel valued, respected and heard, and can focus on what we love. This should be easy, but people don't always know constitutes 'OK' behaviour.
